How do I get technical support help?
You can get direct email support from a form on your >Dashboard >+Premium Membership>membership Support>.

What is a WordPress Theme?
WordPress codex on themes. We provide some themes to pick from when you create your site. Once you login to your dashboard there are many themes you can pick from. From your dashboard you can preview how yoru site will look with the new theme as well ac activat it. You can always go back to a previous theme.

What is a Responsive Theme? Why should you pick a Responsive Theme?
Take a look at one provided for your use. A Responsive has the capability to display properly on any browser on any device such as desktops, laptops or mobile devices. No matter what devices people use to view your site, a good responsive theme will automatically resize the layout. You mihgt want to choose a resposnive theme because people use the web from smart phones, small gadgets, tablets, and notebooks.

Do I need to know HTML?
No, but the WordPress editor makes it easy to use basic HTML in your posts and pages. It is handy to know how to set up paragraphs, unorderd or ordered lists, add a line break, or make your type bold or block quoted to stand out.

What is a plugin?
The WordPress codex on plugins. A plugin is code added to provide a specific function such as help control SPAM.

What is a widget?
The WordPress codex on widgets. You will use Widgets to control your theme appearence. They are software code that help you to provide content on your site such as links or text.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You will need to go into your PayPal account to cancel the subscription.

How do I get my post on the Home Page of My-Woodcraft?
It is only your most recent post that will appear on our home page. You should start your post by inserting a featured image.

Why does my post not show up on the Home Page of My-Woodcraft?
If you have not added a featured image to the beginning of your post, you may find over time that your post has been excluded. To change this send me an email from your >Dashboard>+Membership?>Membershi eMail Support>.

How do add a contact form?
You need to create the form from your >Dashboard>Contact> and save it. The copy/paste the shortcode into a (new) page called Contact or Contact Us. Please note that this form does protect the privacy of your email address.

How do I use a coupon?
You need to enter the coupon before clicking on the PayPal icon to pay for your blog. The coupons provide a percentage discount for your first subscription period, so you save more with longer subscriptions.

How many blogs can I create?
You may create as many blogs as you are willing to buy. Please blog responsibly.
